Bush Poets’ Breakfast

As dawn breaks on Sunday morning, the St Lawrence Recreation Group, in true country hospitality, serves traditional offerings of bacon and eggs.  

A taste of Billy Tea and damper adds a unique flavour to the experience. 

The day continues with the lyrical verses of our Nebo Bush Poet Smoko’s Dan Lockyer and Margy McArdle.  

The stage is open to anyone from the audience who wishes to share their poetic musings.  

This delightful interlude sets the tone before we return to the main event activities at the St Lawrence Sports Grounds.
