Isaac Coast Inspiring Women in Isaac

Inspiring Women in Isaac events will be held across the region between Friday 1 March – Tuesday 12 March. In line with the 2024 Queensland’s Women’s Week theme, Count Her In. This theme is a call to action to ensure women and girls are counted and acknowledges the fundamental right of every woman and girl to equally participate in all areas of our society including education, the economy and workforce, politics and, importantly, at home.

This year there will be no awards ceremony, instead, Isaac Coast attendees will be treated to a variety of workshops, a free health screening and a roast dinner catered by Golden Roast Mackay and an inspiring talk from Mayor Anne Baker.

A courtesy bus will be in operation with pick up/drop off point at:
