We have an exciting opportunity for a Hospitality Casual at the newly refurbished Isaac Events Centre in Moranbah. The Hospitality Casual is a valued team member and will provide efficient and effective support to the whole team, ensuring success both operationally and financially whilst upholding a level of excellence in customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in events and function service;
  • High level of customer service, including teamwork;
  • A comprehensive understanding of chemical safe handling and cleaning equipment usage;
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality standards;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends;
  • Demonstrated experience in cleaning service;
  • Demonstrated customer service experience;
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment and/or behavioural testing;
  • First aid certificate or the ability to obtain;
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate;
  • Food Handlers Certificate would be highly regarded;
  • A current C Class Open Australian Drivers Licence.
