An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Senior Project and Administration Officer to join our Engineering and Infrastructure Directorate within the Isaac Region. Reporting to the Manager Infrastructure, this position is critical to delivering effective and efficient administrative services while providing technical support and analysis for our roads and drainage projects. This role supports operational, capital, and recoverable works programs across the directorate, with an emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and continual improvement.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in high-level administration (minimum 5 years).
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration (desirable) or equivalent experience.
- Current C Class Open Australian Driver’s License.

- Salary $93,628.40 - $99,922.73 per annum
- Nominally 72.5 hours per fortnight
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
