Team Leader Business Services – PECS

About the Position:

An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Team Leader Business Services – PECS in our Planning, Environment and Community Services Directorate based in Moranbah, Queensland. Reporting to the Director of Planning, Environment & Community Services this position is responsible for the development and implementation of corporate and administrative processes across the PECS Directorate. In this role, you will provide leadership and comprehensive support to our business operations, taking a continuous improvement and customer focused approach to service delivery.

This role has line supervision responsibility of the Executive Assistant – PECS, as well as providing guidance and leadership to the network of administration staff across the directorate.

 

For this position we offer:

  • Salary of $99,922.73 per annum (Stream A, Level 6)
  • Full time (72.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday)
  • Based in Moranbah
  • 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
  • Up to 14% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement

About You:

We are seeking an enthusiastic person who possesses:

  • A current C Class Open Australian Drivers Licence.
  • Extensive experience in utilising the Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced level,
  • Tertiary or vocational qualifications in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business process improvement, project management, budget management or related role. (Desirable)
  • A consultative nature with a genuine interest in supporting people.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills.
