We are seeking a full-time Team Leader - Catering at the newly refurbished Isaac Events Centre in Moranbah. This role involves delivering efficient and effective catering services for functions, events, and day-to-day bookings at the Isaac Events Centre. You'll ensure customer service excellence and the creation of community value are paramount in delivering outstanding events.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High level of customer service including teamwork;
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings and weekends;
- Competent in the use of computers, Microsoft Office suite and job-specific software;
- Demonstrated experience in the catering of events and functions;
- Experience in effective stock control and menu creation;
- Experience in the supervision of staff and the ability to delegate tasks as required;
- A current C Class Open Australian Drivers Licence;
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or ability to obtain prior to commencement;
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or ability to obtain.
