An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Truck Driver to join our Parks & Recreation department in Clermont. Reporting to the Team Leader, this position is responsible for carrying out grounds maintenance of Community usage areas including sportsgrounds, parks, open space and cemeteries for Parks and Recreation Services across Isaac Regional Council.

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • An ‘LR’ class licence
  • Construction Blue/White Card
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment functional assessment and/or behavioural testing
  • Knowledge and minimum 12 month’s experience in basic mechanics, general maintenance and gardening.

For this position we offer:

  • Salary $61,040.34 - $62,243.43 per annum + allowances
  • Nominally 76 hours per fortnight
  • 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
  • Up to 13.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
  • RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement
