Our Council is made up of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) that is led by our Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Cale Dendle.
The team is charged with the responsibility of ensuring the delivery of the strategic intent of Council and to provide leadership to all employees. The ELT comprises of four Directorates in addition to the Office of the CEO which includes External Affairs & Advocacy and People & Capability:
- Corporate Governance and Financial Services
- Engineering and Infrastructure
- Planning, Environment and Community Services
- Water and Waste
These directorates are in place to not only ensure effective delivery of service to our local communities, but also to improve collaboration, engagement, and communication in a dynamic way and provide more equitable distribution of work across the organisation.
