Isaac Regional Council wishes to advise residents and users of the road network that a drover has been permitted under the Stock Route Management Act 2002 to drove 2000 head of cattle along:

Barmount Road, Marlborough Sarina Road to May Downs Road
From Tuesday, 8 April 2025 to Wednesday, 9 April 2025.

All traffic travelling these roads are advised to be aware of the signage, slow down and take care around the cattle.

The Isaac Region Stock Route Network is a valuable asset.  The network is utilised for moving large herds of cattle on foot and provides a valuable feed resource during times of low rainfall.
