1300 ISAACS number, temporary outage

This outage has been resolved and the 1300 ISAACS number has been restored.

Isaac Regional Council advises the community that an IT outage is affecting the customer service number 1300 ISAACS.

Customers are encouraged to contact (02) 2104 5417 until the issue  has been resolved.

Customers can also visit customer service centres and libraries around the region as they are operating as normal.

Further updates will be provided once new information comes to hand.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for their patience.
