Council advises the community that the network outage has now been rectified.

Isaac Regional Council advises the community that a network outage is affecting the customer service number 1300 ISAACS.

The network outages are limiting the amount of calls Council can respond to at this time. A longer wait time may occur when calling Council.

Customers can visit customer service centres and libraries around the region but are unable to accept payments.

Further updates will be provided once new information comes to hand.
