Water supply interruption, Middlemount Update 5

The Middlemount Water Treatment Plant operations have been restored and the water supply is recovering.

Water conservation measures remain in effect until normal operating levels in the reservoir are achieved and this is expected to occur around noon today.

New motors were fast tracked from Brisbane and arrived in Middlemount late last night with installation around 2am.

Isaac Regional Council thanks the Middlemount community for its ongoing assistance to ensure continuity of town water supply.
