Expressions of Interest for Nebo Showgrounds Master Plan Working Group

In a bid to expand voices about Nebo Showgrounds around the table, the master plan working group is looking for an additional four members to join.

Isaac Regional Council remains committed to working with the community to ensure the ambitious Nebo Showgrounds Master Plan is delivered for future generations.

This critical piece of community infrastructure supports industry, rural sporting pursuits, community groups and major events.

The main aim for the Nebo Showgrounds Master Plan Working Group is to be consulted on project scoping of stages one and two development and meet as required during the first stage.

The group’s advice will guide Council on the site’s future development and renewal and to support economic and social outcomes for Nebo and surrounding communities.

A broad range of representatives with varying experience is needed especially those who utilise the showgrounds. This is a volunteer appointment.

Expressions of interest need to be submitted online at https://speakup.isaac.qld.gov.au/nebo-showgrounds-master-plan-2 by 5pm on Friday, 31 January 2024.
