Temporary road closure

Isaac Regional Council advises residents of a temporary closure to Reynolds Street and a partial closure of Water Street, between Kemmis Street and Mary Street for the annual Christmas Fair from:

6am on Saturday, 11 November 2023
to 12am on Sunday, 12 November 2023

Planned fireworks display

Council advises Nebo residents that the planned fireworks display on Saturday, 11 November 2023 has been cancelled.

Rural Fire Queensland has assessed conditions at Nebo Showgrounds this morning and due to a safety reasons the display will not go ahead as planned.

This is part of the normal process as planned fireworks inspections are done the day before the event.

Council has been working closely with the fireworks contractor and fire warden this week and thanks them for their assistance.
