Network disruptions, Clermont and Moranbah

Isaac Regional Council advises the community that we are currently experiencing network disruptions in Clermont and Moranbah due to an Optus network outage.

The network disruptions are impacting the EFTPOS machines resulting in cash or cheque payments only in our Customer Service Offices. Residents that are needing to make a payment today are advised to use cash or cheque to process the payment.

Clermont and Moranbah’s Waste Management Facilities EFTPOS machines have been impacted and the sites do not accept cash. If payment is required, staff members will assist residents by calling a site with an operating EFTPOS machine to take payment through the phone.

Further updates will be provided once the issue has been resolved.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for their patience.
