Payment For Water Notices Due 5 March 2025

A gentle reminder to Isaac Residents that payment of water notices for water consumed between July to December 2024 is due by 5pm on Wednesday, 5 March 2025.

Residents have the option to pay by BPAY. To complete payment with this method, use the biller code and reference number from the water notice.

Any credit balance remaining after payment of the water notice will be applied to the following rates notice.

A reminder that all water accounts can be paid at a Council office or via BPAY.

Residents who have encountered delays with the postal service in their area can register their email address with Council for an additional water notice to be issued electronically. Please contact Council on
1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) to make this request.

If you have not received a water notice, call Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
