Payment for Water Notices due 20 March 2024

Residents are reminded that payment of water notices for water consumed between 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023 is due by 5pm on Wednesday, 20 March 2024.

Residents have the option to pay by BPAY.
To complete payment with this method, use the biller code and reference number from the water notice.

Any credit balance remaining after payment of the water notice will be applied to the following rates notice.

A reminder that all water accounts can be paid at a Council office or via BPAY, including water notices under $10.

Residents who have encountered delays with the postal service in their area can register their email address with Council for an additional water notice to be issued electronically. Please contact Council on
1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) to make this request.

If you have not received a water notice by Friday 1 March 2024, call Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
