Isaac Regional Council advises Clermont residents of vegetation management activities on the island in Hoods Lagoon, Clermont commencing:

7.30pm to 8.30pm on Thursday, 3 October 2024
Weather permitting

This work is being carried out in consultation with the Queensland Fire Department for controlled vegetation management burns during the 2024-25 bushfire season.

Council recommends residents keep windows closed, refrain from hanging clothing outside, and keep any medication close by as there may be large amounts of smoke impacting residents close by.
