Road Closure, Flooding 28032025

Isaac Regional Council advises motorists of the following road closures due to flooding:

  • Prospect Creek and Funnel Creek on Sarina-Marlborough Road
  • Denison Creek on Oxford Downs-Sarina Road

Motorists are advised to avoid using these roads and to adhere to any road closure signage in place. The rising water levels at Denison Creek are putting commuters at risk of isolation, as Funnel and Prospect are closed due to flooding.

Council also reminds the travelling public and wider community to check for regular updates on road conditions regarding wet weather and road closures. This information can be found on the Isaac Region’s Disaster Dashboard http://dashboard.isaac.qld.gov.au.
