Road works, Barada Barna Road

Isaac Regional Council wishes to advise the community of upcoming roadworks at the Aurizon crossing of Barada Barna Road.

Monday, 1 July 2024 to Sunday, 14 July 2024

Weather permitting:

•           Closure works will be undertaken between 6.30am on Monday, 8 July 2024 and 6.30pm hours on   Wednesday, 10 July 2024, inclusive.

o          During this time, Barada Barna Road (Coppabella, QLD 4741) at public level crossing ID#3251 will be closed and impassable. Please refer to the below map.

• For vehicles up to body trucks (12.5m long, 2.5m wide, and 4.3m high), an on-site diversion will be available.
• For vehicles greater than body trucks (12.5m long, 2.5m wide, and 4.3m high), a detour via Peaks Downs Highway and Fitzroy Developmental Road will be signed.

Residents and motorists are advised to maintain caution during the works and follow any directional signage in place.
