Scam Alert

Isaac Regional Council has become aware of a scam email circulating claiming to be an employee of Isaac Regional Council asking residents to pay an outstanding fee.

If you receive one of these scam messages – stop and think. Don’t rush to act. Scammers will always try to create a sense of urgency.

Don’t click on any links or rely on the information in the message. Instead, contact Isaac Regional Council's customer service centre on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).

The channels of official communication from Council are via post with branding, an email with an Isaac Regional Council email signature or a phone call from an officer that is clearly identifiable from Isaac Regional Council.
