EFTPOS OUTAGE _ All Locations

UPDATE as of 19 September 2024 at 8:40am: Issue has been resolved.

Isaac Regional Council advises the community that we are currently experiencing network disruptions at all Isaac Regional Council locations due to a banking outage.

The network disruptions are impacting the EFTPOS machines resulting in cash or cheque payments only in our Customer Service Offices. Residents that are needing to make a payment today are advised to use cash or cheque to process the payment.

Isaac Regional Council Waste Management Facilities EFTPOS machines have been impacted and the sites do not accept cash.

Further updates will be provided once the issue has been resolved.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the public for their patience.
