Unplanned Water Supply Outage, Middlemount

Isaac Regional Council advises Middlemount residents of an unplanned supply outage due to a burst water main requiring repair.

The outage is impacting Alfred Quin Drive. A plumber is on site and water is expected to be returned by 3pm.

Once the water supply has been restored, residents may experience instances of discoloured water. If discoloured water occurs, Council recommends flushing tap water for up to five minutes or until the water becomes clear. Council also recommends that any flushing water be used on your garden or lawn.
