Unplanned Water Supply Outage, Moranbah

Residents may experience instances of milky or discoloured water. Council recommends flushing tap water for up to five minutes or until the water becomes clear. Council also recommends that any flushing water be used on your garden or lawn. Council is currently flushing the mains in areas that have received reports of discoloured water.

Isaac Regional Council advises Moranbah residents that water has been restored.
Repair works continue which may result in residents experiencing reduced or low water pressure as well as air in the lines causing a milky discolouration.
Council recommends flushing tap water for up to five minutes or until the water becomes clear. Council also recommends that any flushing water be used on your garden or lawn.
If residents experience any other discoloration in their water aside from milkiness, please contact 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) to report.
