Update #2 Temporary communication systems outage

Council’s systems have been impacted by power spikes over the weekend causing intermittent outages to communication systems.

The team are working to resolve these issues with external providers.

Customers who need to make a payment or require urgent assistance, please visit a council customer centre or call (07) 2104 5417. Callers may experience longer than normal wait times.

Council will work with ratepayers who have made a genuine attempt to contact Council before the early payment discount period.

Council apologises for the inconvenience caused and patience from the community is appreciated while these issues are being resolved.

Updates will be provided as soon as information comes to hand.
