Isaac Regional Council and Woollam Constructions advise that completion of the Moranbah Community Centre Redevelopment Project is now expected in late February 2025.

Our builder has overcome some difficulties working on this 50-year-old building and is now onto internal fit-outs.

The laneway between the community centre, Ted Rolfe Oval and C&K Kindy car park will be closed to
vehicles for the project’s duration. Pedestrian access will remain.

Motorists should maintain caution along Mills Avenue and Batchelor Parade and follow any directional signage in place as traffic in the area increases.

Council apologises for any inconvenience caused and thanks the community for its patience.

This project is proudly funded by the Resources Community Infrastructure Fund - a voluntary partnership between the Queensland Government, Participating Mineral Resources Industry Parties, the Queensland Resources Council and its members in association with Isaac Regional Council.

If you require further information, please email records@isaac.qld.gov.au or contact Council’s Customer Service Centre available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227).
