Water notices to arrive February 2025

Isaac Regional Council advises water notices are expected to arrive in letterboxes by 14 February 2025.

Water notices are being issued for water consumed from July to December 2024.

Residents are encouraged to make payment by Wednesday, 5 March 2025.

All Isaac households are charged the same consumption rate for each tier and Council has worked hard to keep this as a fair system to stop lower water consumers subsidising heavy users.

Residents who have encountered delays with the postal service in their area can register their email address with Council for an additional water notice to be issued electronically. Please contact Council on
1300 ISAACS (1300 472 227) to make this request.

Residents are encouraged to sign up to receive water consumption information through MiWater, a free water consumption monitoring tool.

Email and SMS alerts can be set and residents can be notified of water leaks and high consumption within days of occurrence, see https://www.isaac.qld.gov.au/Residents/Water-and-Wastewater/Save-Water-Access-MiWater for more details.
