The facility has reopened.

Isaac Regional Council advises the community of the following temporary closure to Moranbah Landfill today, Monday,14 April 2025 due to a breakdown in the operating equipment.

Moranbah Landfill will be open to the public once repairs are completed.

The remainder of the site is open to public as per normal operating hours.

Council apologises for any inconvenience and thanks residents for their patience.
