Isaac Regional Council advises residents of a temporary suspension to large commercial waste loads at Dysart Waste Management Facility from:

Monday, 14 April 2025

This measure is necessary as Council are nearing our annual tonnage limit of 2,000 tonnes under our environmental approval.

Waste from domestic customers and small/light commercial businesses will still be accepted. However, large commercial loads will need to be diverted to either Clermont or Moranbah until further notice.

By suspending large commercial loads, Council aim to ensure the continued provision of waste disposal services to the Dysart community.
